3. Terms & Conditions for Online Sales
A. Alcohol Shipping and Legal Compliance
Wine is sold in Oregon and title passes to the buyer in Oregon. By placing an order, you authorize us to ship wine on your behalf. You affirm that both you and the recipient of the wine shipment are at least 21 years old, and that it is legal for you to receive alcohol at the shipping address.
All alcohol shipments require an adult signature at delivery. We do not ship to states or regions where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is prohibited.
B. Returns & Refunds
We guarantee the quality of all our wines. If you receive damaged or flawed products, please contact us at info@castillodefeliciana.com or call 541-558-3656 within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We cannot accept returns of wine that was damaged due to heat, cold, or improper storage after delivery.
C. Cancellations
Wine club members must cancel at least two weeks before the next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged. Once billing has been processed, we cannot offer refunds.
4. Delivery Policies
We ship via UPS Monday through Friday. We may delay shipping in cases of extreme heat or cold to preserve wine quality. Delivery on weekends is generally unavailable.
